The short version
Two things on this site touch personal data: the contact form, and the web server's own logs. There is nothing else. No analytics package, no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no third-party script of any kind, no account to create and no newsletter sign-up hidden in a footer.
That is a deliberate constraint rather than an oversight, and it is why this page is short.
1. What the contact form sends, and where
Submitting the form posts the data to this site's own server. The server checks
it, then passes it to the customer relationship system at
crm.codefacture.com - a system run by Codefacture Yazılım A.Ş., the same
company named above, and the place where enquiries are worked on.
These fields are transmitted:

Neither consent value is ever assumed or defaulted. The record shows what you actually did.
Why we are allowed to hold it: because you asked us a question in the course of possibly doing business, which the GDPR treats as steps taken at your request before a contract, alongside our own interest in replying to people who write to us. The optional articles box is different: that one rests on your consent, and you can withdraw it by replying to anything we send or writing to the address above.
How long: an enquiry that does not turn into work is deleted within twelve months. Where work followed, the correspondence is kept as long as commercial and tax law require us to keep it.
2. What the server records
Our hosting provider writes the usual request log: address, timestamp, the URL, the referring page, the browser's user-agent. This is how a web server is operated and how abuse gets noticed. It is not assembled into a profile of anyone.
The contact endpoint also counts recent submissions per address, in memory only, so the form cannot be used to flood us. Nothing is written to disk and a restart clears it.
Why: our legitimate interest in running the service and keeping it available.
How long: whatever retention our hosting provider applies to its own logs.
Who else is involved
The hosting provider handles requests for us and the email provider handles correspondence; both are processors working under contract.
Contact form enquiries land in the customer relationship system described in section 1. That is the same legal entity operating this site rather than an outside vendor, which is worth stating plainly instead of leaving you to wonder.
Nothing is sold. Nothing is passed to anyone for advertising.
The site is served from a global network, so a request may be answered by infrastructure outside the country you are in. Where that means data leaving the EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
What you can require of us
Under the GDPR, if you are in the EEA or the UK: a copy of what we hold, a correction, an erasure, a restriction on how it is processed, an objection to that processing, and a portable export. Under KVKK, if you are in Türkiye, Article 11 gives you the equivalent set.
One email to info@codefacture.com exercises any of them. If you would rather complain than ask, the route is the KVKK Board in Türkiye, or the supervisory authority for the country you live in inside the EEA.
Children
This is a business-to-business site about backend engineering. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly hold data belonging to anyone under 16.
